各位同学：

 

    2015年本科生巴黎高科9+9毕业班项目开始进入推荐申请阶段，我校将继续选派优秀本科生至巴黎高科学。本次选拔工作以学生自愿、择优推荐、公平公正为原则进行。现将选拔相关要求说明如下。

 

一、报名条件：

    1、身体健康、品行端正，未受过处分；

2、成绩优秀； 

3、英语（外语）优秀；

5、本科毕业班同学。

 

    二、申请流程：

1、学生下载附件一《上海交通大学本科生海外交流项目申请/审批表》，填写完成前三部分并经院（系）签署意见盖章后于9月19日下午16:30前交至新行政楼B112岗位五。

2、教务处、国际交流处、学生处等部门将通过审核学生申请材料的方式确项目推荐名单。推荐名单将在上海交通大学教务处主页公示三天。

    3、学校将推荐名单提交到对方学校并通知被推荐同学进行网上申请。

4、对方学校审核我校学生申请材料并对候选学生进行笔试和面试。

5、对方学校将给通过审核的学生寄送交流生入学许可材料（邀请信），同时，学生须着手准备其他赴对方学校的手续（签证、机票、海外保险等）。

 

    三、说明：

1、请各学院（系）协助做好本次交流交换生选拔工作的宣传和推荐工作。

2、申请巴黎高科9+9毕业班项目的同学不能再报名申请直升研究生。

3、网上申请项目前，请务必在合作学校官方网站（各校一般设有专门网页）确认该学校是否有相关专业可选读以及相关专业是否对交流生开放，或是否以本人熟悉的语言进行授课，再行申请。

4、ParisTech Engineering Schools的网申将于8月1日开放，HEC Paris的网申将于8月25日开放，有意向申请的同学可先进行外方学校的网上申请，但学生只有在获得我校推荐资格后，其申请方能被外方学校接受。

Main dates of the Engineering Schools procedure:

-  1^st August 2014:  Opening  date of the online application

-  29 September 2014: closing date of the on line application

-  Saturday 18 October 2014:  the written exams simultaneously in Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Wuhan.

-  Tuesday 28 October – 3 November 2014:  Interview by ParisTech Selection Board in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Wuhan.

-  3^rd December 2014 : Publication of admission results

Main dates for HEC Paris procedure:

- 25^th August to 29^th September 2014: Opening of the online application

- 29^th September 2014: closing date of the on line application

- 6^th October 2014: Admissibility results for Interview

- 28^th -30^th October 2014: Interview by Skype

- 3^rd December 2014: Publication of admission results
